70% of this opportunity is field based throughout the Netherlands (with flexibility for some travel to Benelux). The remaining 30% is based at our facility in Zoetermeer. Servomex the world leader in gas analysis solutions, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our great team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will provide service and support for all Analysers and Systems . Our gas analysis solutions help our customers provide better healthcare, cleaner air & power generation and carbon free fuels – to name just a few. We look forward to receiving your application. Service, repair and commission all Servomex products to ensure that the Company’s reputation is maintained and enhanced through exceeding expectations and delighting customers. Actively be involved with quoting service activities and pursuing potential business Provide assistance with technical sales enquiries for Servomex products and help make our customers aware of the advantages of maintenance contracts. Complete repair, service and commissioning reports and any other required documentation. Ensure that Servomex equipment meets the relevant health and safety and local safety requirements and if not, ensure the customer accepts responsibility. Communicate with relevant departments concerning problems with Servomex equipment and customer requirements using quality and customer complaint procedures. Provide assistance with systems testing and build to the Systems Engineering department to ensure that systems meet the required performance and specification prior to shipment. Participate in Customer Service improvement initiatives as required by the Service Manager. Participation in forecasting and service planning calls. Flexibility to travel around the Netherlands (with some travel to Belgium) and occasionally EMEAI region. Dutch and English (written and spoken). Full clean driving licence. A proven track record of working within a Field Service Engineer (or closely related) position repairing instrumentation as well as installing and troubleshooting. Experienced in providing various levels of customer training. Experienced in working within the following industries - oil and gas, industrial gases, and/or Semiconductor. Ability to interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Experienced in working remotely with minimum supervision – and willingness and motivation to do so. Technical Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related subject/discipline. The training programs provided have equipped me with the technical expertise and confidence required to perform my role effectively.
