Job Summary In this role you will have process responsibility for BU BPU and Line order projects in all respects quality, time, cost and scope of obligations. To manage the process design within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction. What you will do
Deliver process design specification and drawings on complex and customized BPUs and lines
Take lead and provide excellent support in process design area to other areas like sales, Issue resolution, PLC and PC.
Pro-actively communicate with order team on status and changes i orders.
Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.
Drive productivity in project through utilization of re-useable solutions, std component list and processes
Manage scope changes and propose variation orders (VO´s).
Develop and improve processes, templates and tools.
Act as a mentor and train others
We believe you have
~5-7 years of full-time experience as an Engineer or in a similar role, depending on educational background.
~ Excellent technical skills with a strong understanding of installation needs and customer operations on-site.
~ Solid knowledge of process technology.
~ Expertise in developing and adhering to necessary standards, guidelines, tools, and methods for process design.
~ A good understanding of the product portfolio and its functionality.
