Your role will involve leveraging your analytical skills, test capabilities, domain knowledge, and software expertise to ensure seamless integration of new software baselines. Take initiative to integrate new software baselines by applying your analytical skills, test capabilities, medical domain knowledge, software knowledge, and inputs from other disciplines such as development, validation, clinical application, and marketing. Perform initial root cause analysis in case integration of new software deliverables fails and inform the various disciplines, so the appropriate action(s) can be started to solve it. Your Contribution: Your contribution is essential in integrating new software (and sometimes hardware) baselines for product integration, verification, validation, and release testing on our various system configurations. Your Responsibilities: Verify that delivered software builds/baselines meet the defined quality criteria in the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline during the development phase. Perform initial troubleshooting and analysis if quality criteria are not met, then inform the relevant disciplines to take appropriate actions. Analyze, interpret, and report test results for product integration, verification, validation, and release purposes. Provide proactive feedback to development and system design teams about the delivered software builds/baselines and the efficiency of the CI/CD pipeline. Contribute to improvements in test ware, supporting tools, and test processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments within research & development (R&D), service, and manufacturing stakeholders. Seek test automation improvements to streamline troubleshooting, analysis, reporting, and information sharing. Develop, execute, and archive objective, reproducible, and maintainable test designs and test protocols for system integration using test design methods, techniques, and tools (ISTQB foundation). Apply medical domain knowledge and regulatory rules (e.g., FDA, ISO). Your Team: You will be part of the Business Unit Image Guided Therapy (IGT) systems within Philips Healthcare. This unit is responsible for marketing, service, development, and manufacturing of IGT systems used in cardiac and vascular medical diagnosis and treatment. Your location will be in Best, Netherlands, working alongside colleagues in Best and Bangalore, India. Your team will have an average size of 8 persons, but you will collaborate on projects larger than 20 man-years, involving new software, electronics, mechatronics, and components development. You will also work closely with other teams, including Test & Release Architects, software engineers, system test engineers, and test environment engineers. Our Offer: We welcome you to a challenging, innovative environment with great opportunities to explore. We are looking for candidates with: System-level integration or test experience in regulated industries such as medical, aerospace, defense, or automotive. Software development and integration knowledge. Test automation knowledge/application development knowledge. A strong quality drive and ownership with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and with multi-site development teams. High flexibility to switch between complex tasks quickly. Affinity/knowledge with building and maintaining support tools/applications for system integration.
