As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the social media strategy for this thriving organisation. Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Take ownership of creating comprehensive and impactful social media strategies that align with the brand's overall objectives. Social Calendar Management: Plan, organise, and oversee a dynamic content calendar that ensures consistent and engaging communication across all relevant social platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others. Ensure that the content calendar reflects the brand's voice and resonates with the target audience.
Content Creation: Develop compelling and platform-specific content that not only attracts attention but also encourages meaningful interactions. Your creativity will be key in crafting visuals, videos, and written content that captivate and inspire audiences.
Your ability to connect with influencers will help amplify the brand message and build trust among followers.
Monitor, analyse, and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, reach, and other key performance indicators. Demonstrated experience in managing and optimising social media channels like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Proven ability to conceptualise and execute high-level social media strategies that align with broader marketing and business goals.
Creative Mindset: A flair for storytelling and content creation that connects with audiences on an emotional level. A data-driven approach to evaluating social media performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
