Move forward as Customer Service Specialist Key Accounts at DSV in Venlo
Do you want to play a key role in international logistics while ensuring customers receive the best possible service every day? As a customer service specialist key accounts, you are the one who ensures operations run seamlessly : you’re on it.
To give you the right foundation, you’ll start with hands-on training in our freight forwarding departments. You act as the link between customers and internal teams, deal with delays or obstacles immediately, and work together with your colleagues to find the best solutions. identifying process deviations, analysing root causes, and initiating improvements;
maintaining strong customer relationships, spotting opportunities and maximising them;
collaborating with internal teams such as planning, sales, and cross-dock to ensure processes are fully aligned.

You will be given the responsibility to make decisions, resolve issues effectively, and work closely with colleagues to continuously enhance the quality of our services, says Martina Polackova, Senior Manager.
In the Netherlands, we operate from over 25 branches, with more than 3,000 colleagues. experience in logistics or transport, for example as a customer service representative or planner;
strong interpersonal skills, a sense of humour, and the confidence to pick up the phone and act immediately;
excellent command of Dutch and English to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues worldwide.
