As a Category Buyer Mechanical, you will play a crucial role in shaping the procurement strategy for mechanical components. In this role, you'll be responsible for the strategic procurement of mechanical components, collaborating closely with various internal teams. Develop and implement procurement strategies for mechanical components.
Conduct price and contract negotiations.
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of products.
Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to determine the correct specifications and requirements.
Analyze market trends and adjust your procurement strategy accordingly.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Category Buyer with experience in mechanical procurement and strategic thinking. A completed HBO or university degree in a technical or business field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
