In order to strengthen our IT infrastructure and support for our employees, we are looking for a motivated IT specialist for our location in Berlin-Adlershof.
IT support employee / IT system administrator (m/f/d)
Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications; Participation in IT projects and the development of ideas to improve IT processes
Management of user accounts, access rights and security guidelines
Training employees on IT best practices and security protocols.
Identifying IT problems and developing efficient solutions.
Updating and maintaining IT documentation, including instructions and process documentation.
Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or comparable qualification.
Practical experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.
Sound knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Knowledge in the application and support of IT/telecommunications infrastructure environments and Windows operating systems incl. Ability to work in a team and customer orientation.
Good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) - additional language skills are welcome
