Over het bedrijf At Booston, you help employers organise their recruitment in a truly smart way. Not with standard campaigns, but with technology that works and clients you get to know personally. Booston is a fast-growing scale-up developing innovative software to automate and improve recruitment. With more than 150 staffing agencies, temporary employment organisations, and large employers using our software daily, we have become a well-known name in recruitment marketing. You translate employer branding into user-friendly and visually appealing designs. You provide advice on marketing strategies, content, and budget allocation. You contribute ideas for innovations in our software and marketing tools. One day you might design a new recruitment site, the next you coach a client on conversion-focused content. At least a bachelor’s level education in marketing, communications, HR, or design. ~1+ year of experience in online marketing or web design. You are creative but know when something simply needs to convert rather than just look good. ~ You live in the Houten region and are available for 5 days a week. A flat organisation where the director also just gets their own coffee (fetching it is appreciated though #128521;). Colleagues who challenge you – sometimes on content, sometimes mentally, sometimes on the golf or padel court. Fun team outings. If you survive them, you’re truly part of the team.
