Functieomschrijving Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for strategic sourcing and supplier management? Do you have a keen eye for quality, delivery reliability, and cost optimization? You will also play a crucial role in resolving capacity, quality, and delivery issues, implementing sourcing strategies, and supporting aftermarket growth initiatives. Ensure strong collaboration between HYG and suppliers, including resolving any escalated quality or delivery issues. Execute global procurement programs such as Annual Cost Reviews, Process Reviews, and Supplier Scorecards. Experience in procurement and/or engineering. At least 3-5 years of procurement or related experience in a commercial environment. Proven skills in purchasing, negotiation, and problem resolution. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
