Responsibility for the expansion and management of the SAP Services department with a focus on SAP applications (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, DS, MM, EWM, VC and GTS)
Technical and disciplinary management of the Application Development, Reporting and Master Data teams
Designing and managing the key user organization with a focus on SAP best practices
Contract and license management of our SAP solutions
Design of innovative and future-oriented services for our specialist departments
Definition, development and implementation of processes, tools and solutions to ensure high quality applications, data and workflows
Controlling the demand management process for the responsible business solutions
Managing partners for delivery provision, collaboration with stakeholders, delivery units and our subsidiaries in Germany and abroad
Successfully completed studies in economics / information technology or a comparable qualification in information technology with several years of professional experience as a manager or IT project manager
Experience in the technical and disciplinary management of employees and in SAP project management including budget responsibility
Very good SAP knowledge acquired through practical experience and understanding of the processes in a manufacturing company
Very good written and spoken English skills
