As a production employee you will work in a large production hall. Hundreds of Giant bicycles are produced there every day and you will contribute to this Together with your colleagues you will assemble Giant bicycles You’ll work behind a large production line and you’ll assemble certain parts of a bicycle. You only have a few seconds to finish each action, because the production line keeps going. Therefore, it is important that you can work quickly The bicycles are literally put together step by step.

At Giant, the language of communication is English. You must be able to speak and read it. Why: training is in English, work instructions are in English and communication with team leaders is in English.

At Giant Lelystad complex bikes are produced. Technical skills are therefore required. You need to know how to handle tools.

At the start of your first day at work, you will have to take a technical skill test. This will be a practical exercise. If you pass the test, you will be trained to work independently on the line during the first week of work.

If you don't pass, you cannot start.

How does your first (unpaid) day look like:

  • Technical test

  • Introduction and company tour

  • Go to BSN appointment at RNI office (if you don't have your BSN yet).

On the second day you start working.

You need to be available to work in all 3 Working shifts:

  • Monday till Friday 06:00- 15:00 Saturday 07:30-11:45

  • Monday till Friday 06:00- 16:10 Saturday 07:30- 11:45

  • Monday till Friday 15:00- 23:00 Saturday 12:15- 16:30

At Giant you have three breaks a day and if you work overtime you even have more breaks Every day you can get fruit, coffee, tea and water for free. If you work overtime or in the second group (see below) you also get a hot evening meal for free During lunch you can bring your own food or buy food at the catering company for cheap prices. Nice to know: Friday is snack day

If you are going to live in Lelystad and work at the location Lelystad, you need to arrange your own transport, after the first week.

In the first week tempo-team arranges a car for you.

We have contacts with a bike shop where they can buy a bike for € 100,- / € 125.

Mint termelési dolgozó egy nagy gyártócsarnokban fogsz dolgozni, ahol naponta több száz Giant kerékpár készül, és te is hozzájárulsz ehhez Kollégáiddal együtt Giant kerékpárokat fogtok összeszerelni. A munkát egy nagy gyártósor mellett végzed, ahol a kerékpár bizonyos részeit szerelheted össze. Mivel a gyártósor folyamatosan halad, csak néhány másodperced van egy-egy művelet elvégzésére, ezért fontos, hogy gyorsan tudj dolgozni A kerékpárok lépésről lépésre kerülnek összeállításra.

A Giant-nél a kommunikáció nyelve az angol. Fontos, hogy tudd beszélni és olvasni az angolt, mert a képzés angolul folyik, a munkautasítások angolul vannak, és a csapatvezetőkkel is angolul zajlik a kommunikáció.

A Giant Lelystad telephelyén összetett kerékpárokat gyártanak, ezért műszaki készségekre van szükség. Ismerned kell a szerszámok használatát.

Az első munkanapodon technikai készségtesztet kell tenned. Ez egy gyakorlati feladat lesz. Ha átmész a teszten, az első munkahéten betanítanak, hogy önállóan dolgozhass a gyártósoron. Ha nem sikerül a teszt, akkor sajnos nem kezdheted el a munkát.

  • Technikai teszt

  • Bevezető és cégtúra

  • BSN (személyi szám) regisztráció az RNI irodában, ha még nincs BSN számod

A második napon kezdheted el a munkát.

Elérhetőnek kell lenned mindhárom műszakban:

  • Hétfőtől péntekig 06:00-15:00, szombaton 07:30-11:45

  • Hétfőtől péntekig 06:00-16:10, szombaton 07:30-11:45

  • Hétfőtől péntekig 15:00-23:00, szombaton 12:15-16:30

A Giant-nél naponta három szünetet kapsz, és ha túlórázol, akkor még több szünetet is Naponta ingyen kaphatsz gyümölcsöt, kávét, teát és vizet. Ha túlórázol vagy a második műszakban dolgozol, ingyenesen meleg vacsorát is biztosítanak Ebédidőben hozhatod saját ételedet, vagy olcsón vásárolhatsz a helyi étkezde kínálatából. Jó tudni: péntekenként snack nap van

További információk: Ha Lelystadban fogsz lakni és dolgozni, az első hét után magadnak kell megoldanod a közlekedést. Az első hétben a Tempo-Team biztosít autót számodra. Van kapcsolatunk egy kerékpárüzlettel, ahol 100-125 euróért vásárolhatsz biciklit.
