Head of Performance Marketing

As Head of Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's performance marketing strategy. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives and a deep understanding of our target audience. This is a broad role, with 360 ownership performance channels . In this position, you will be a key member of Creative Fabrica’s senior management.

The initial focus will be on Demand Generation through the hiring and structuration of a high-performing, ROI-driven team to manage our core acquisition channels. You will also be instrumental in building the long-term performance strategy for Creative Fabrica.

A strategic thinker with a bias for action, you know how to balance long-term thinking with rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You believe in marketing strategies that can be measured.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and results-orientation.
  • Define target customer segments and create marketing strategies to reach them.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new subscribers through various marketing channels (with a focus on the performance channels).
  • Establish key performance indicators, and regularly measure and analyze marketing performance.
  • Support the launch of Creative Fabrica’s new products.
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop the long-term performance strategy for Creative Fabrica.
Your Profile:
  • 7+ years experience: A solid track record in operational marketing across various positions, including 5+ years managing teams.
  • Experience with B2C subscription business: Havingsuccessfully driven customer acquisition and retention in a B2C subscription-based business.
  • Budget Management: Experience in owning and allocating marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing ROI on marketing spend.
  • Digital Marketing: In-and-out knowledge combined with first-hand experience in operating digital marketing channels (such as SEO, SEA, Affiliates, referrals, and e-mail).
  • Marketing Analytics: Strong understanding of data analytics, attribution, and channel measurement.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Amplitude, and marketing automation platforms.
