As Senior PMO Officer you are responsible for:
Actively participating as trusted ‘advisor’ of the Product Development Manager and his cross sectoral Product Team;
Challenging timings and dependencies of the deliverables with the Product Team and PMO organization;
Translating inputs from PMO Project Officer into actions at Product Team level;

Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field;
At least 8 years of working experience as project management officer or practical experience as a project manager in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment;
Experience in leading a team and individual people is a preference.
Excellent communicator, being able to influence without hierarchical power, and creative in managing a large and diverse range of stakeholders;
Team player, enjoys working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams with the ability to work independently;
With education, training and coaching. We act as a sparring partner on content and offer coaching on personal and professional skills.
