As our Head of Corporate Reporting & Accounting , you will play a pivotal role within our Group Finance team, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director. You will lead a dedicated team of accounting and reporting professionals, as well as the central functions administration team. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the high quality and insightful financial reporting that is crucial to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to your team, ensuring seamless accounting and reporting processes
  • Ensure the team becomes a smooth and reliable reporting engine, on which products other teams and the entire company can rely.
  • Coordinate shareholder reporting and spearhead the preparation of ERIKS NV's annual report.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for group and statutory audits, ensuring a smooth and successful audit process.
  • Tackle complex accounting challenges and prepare insightful position papers addressing key issues.
  • Take ownership of the group accounting manual and policies, establishing best practices and maintaining compliance.
  • Add value to M&A projects by providing practical and solution oriented expert advice on accounting matters.
  • Play an integral role in the ongoing enhancement of the OneStream platform.
  • Provide compliance-related guidance to various departments and entities, particularly in relation to new projects and initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Certified Public Accountant (RA, CPA, or ACCA) with a strong command of IFRS.
  • Professional working experience obtained in a Big-4 audit firm as well as in Accounting and Reporting in an international corporate setting (in total minimum 10 years).
  • Advanced knowledge of M&A-related accounting principles, including Purchase Price Allocation (PPA).
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills to manage complex projects and timelines effectively.
  • Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and a good command of Dutch. German or French are considered a plus.
  • Experience with reporting and consolidation packages, preferably with OneStream.
  • A self-starting and proactive personality.
  • You’re currently based in the Netherlands.
