Mason Garments, het toonaangevende Nederlandse schoenenmerk dat staat voor elegantie, kwaliteit en exclusiviteit, zoekt per direct een getalenteerde Assistant Store Manager voor de te openen outlet store in Roermond om het team te versterken.

We zijn op zoek naar een energieke en getalenteerde Assistant Store Manager die ons team wil versterken en bijdraagt aan het voortdurende succes van ons merk. Wat je taken en verantwoordelijkheden zullen zijn:

In deze functie ben je kort gezegd verantwoordelijk voor alles wat er in de winkel gebeurt. Samen met de store manager leidt je het team zorg je er voor dat de doelstellingen gehaald worden. Je werkt target gericht en houdt een sterke focus op de beleving van de klant. In het kort:

  • Bouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met onze klanten door middel van actieve communicatie en oprechte interesse in hun behoeften;
  • Actief bijdragen aan het behalen van verkoopdoelstellingen en het vergroten van de omzet door middel van doelgerichte verkoopstrategieën;
  • Het coachen van het team door bijvoorbeeld het geven verkooptrainingen.;
  • Het maken van planningen voor het team.
Wat we denken dat jij moet kunnen om succesvol te zijn in je rol:

  • Je kan op een gepassioneerde en overtuigende manier communiceren;
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in de retail met een bewezen vermogen om verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen;
  • Je hebt een passie voor mode, met een scherp oog voor stijl, trends en materialen;
  • Je hebt een proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling;
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en presentatie skills;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal
