Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the healthy growth of our beautiful organization You ensure that the financial processes run and as a financial talent you manage the financial administration and support the department wherever you can.

  • Location: The Hague (hybrid working possible)
  • Hours: 28-36
  • Immediately

This is a broad role as controller in which your activities include:

  • Analyzes and accountability of healthcare products in collaboration with business controller;
  • Guaranteeing the AO/IC in collaboration with senior care administration;
  • Preparing the financial reports;
  • Maintaining and checking the accuracy and completeness of the financial administration
  • Compiling the monthly and production figures and the annual budget;
  • Analyzing the financial policy and suggesting areas for improvement where possible.

What we ask:

You are a financial talent and like to have everything in tip-top order and complete. You are curious, you know what is going on and analyze what is going well and what is not. You are by nature an independent worker who also functions well within the team. You express yourself well in the Dutch and English language, both written and oral. You have a passion for numbers and enjoy contributing to improvements and the growth of our great organization.

You also have:
  • A relevant education at a minimum HBO level
  • Comparable work experience in the field of accounting/controlling.
  • Experience in working with an electronic patient file.
  • Knowledge of digital accounting systems.
  • Experience in healthcare and mental health care is a big advantage

Terms and conditions of employment;
  • Salary classification in accordance with the GGZ collective labor agreement (depending on experience FWG 60 €4108 to €5335 or higher)
  • Collective Labor Agreement for Mental Health Care conditions such as pension accrual, an end-of-year bonus and a balance budget
  • Working in a fantastic team of professionals
  • Initially a temporary contract with the intention of extending it to permanent
  • Type of employment: part-time / full-time is negotiable
