As a Manufacturing Excellence Leader at NTS Group, you will drive the development and execution of the manufacturing-excellence strategy across our high-tech operations. You will lead initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, process stability, and safety, while strengthening a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You act as a change agent and support site teams in building process discipline, structured ways of working, and sustainable performance improvement.
Lead and coordinate continuous-improvement projects focused on waste reduction, productivity improvement, cost efficiency, and cycle-time reduction.
Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure process stability and alignment with customer and business requirements.
Build and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, workshops, and structured training.
Support structured problem-solving processes and ensure decision-making is data-driven.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reporting to management.
Contribute to digital-transformation initiatives, including process automation and data-driven manufacturing.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
~Proven experience in leading improvement programs or operational-excellence projects.
~ Strong analytical capabilities and experience with structured, data-driven problem solving.
~ Ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross-functional teams.
~ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
