Senior Business Development Manager CC Submits based in Amsterdam

- Understanding the current advertisers’ user acquisition needs and providing a mutual goal service using your and the team's industry expertise
- Adapt to the today's market with the current advertisers making sure overall results continue to improve
- Attract new advertisers in the current verticals and new ones
- Proactively building and growing a sales pipeline through phone calls, emails, meetings and industry events
- Manage current and new campaigns with overflow
- Work with the publisher managers to increase revenue and achieve bigger goals together
- Think outside the box, everything is possible
- Experience in digital advertising, including existing advertisers is an advantage
- A minimum of 3 + years of experience in an affiliate marketing role
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key online metrics
- Some knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioral targeting technology is an advantage
- Some technical understanding of ad operations is an advantage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, international and innovative environment
- Result driven and a strong ambition to succeed
- Strong book of business is a big plus
- Experience with Everflow is a big Plus
- Based in or willing to move to Amsterdam
- Competitive fixed salary + a contribution on the success of your accounts (commission, percentages of what you bring into the company)
