Functieomschrijving We have a vacancy for a (Sr Associate) Scientist TechTransfer / Life Cycle Management (LCM) to work at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Leiden (the Netherlands).
We are seeking a talented Scientist to join the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) team at our Leiden site. Their responsibilities include equipment validation, standardization for new product introductions, and the life cycle management (LCM) of commercial production processes.
As part of the MSAT team, the (Sr Associate) Scientist will focus on:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in upstream (USP) and/or downstream (DSP) processes for commercial pharmaceutical protein and vaccine manufacturing.
Ensure validation studies comply with site standards, Johnson & Johnson guidelines, and quality requirements.
Serve as the primary liaison between Leiden Operations, Quality, BTDS, and the MSAT organization.
Participate in global project teams as an MSAT representative.
in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
You will start with a one-year secondment contract through Yacht, with your initial assignment at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. We offer a competitive benefits package, tailored to match the seniority of this position, with a gross salary ranging from €4,800 to €5,750 per 4-week period (based on full-time employment).
While full-time employment is preferred, flexible options of 32 or 36 hours per week can be discussed, ensuring a work-life balance that suits your needs.
