Wat je gaat doen As an operator at Perfetti van Melle’s Mentos factory, you play a vital role in the packaging department. Thanks to your efforts, people worldwide can enjoy their favorite candy: Mentos. You’ll ensure that the packaging process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Some of your responsibilities:
  • Keep the production line running efficiently, troubleshoot minor malfunctions, and report larger issues to the technical team;
  • Support fellow operators on different machines to maintain a smooth workflow across the department;
  • Supply materials to the production line to keep everything moving;
  • Conduct quality checks, identify any deviations in the production process, report issues, and suggest improvements.
Wat we je bieden
  • Competitive salary: €3,200 – €3,600 per month (including shift allowances);
  • Shift allowance of 20% is paid over every worked hour;
  • Job security: A full-time contract with the opportunity for a permanent position at Perfetti Van Melle based on performance;

Functie-eisen
  • Experience as an operator, with the ability to effectively operate and maintain multiple machines on a line;
  • Interest in the food industry, with knowledge of quality and safety standards;
  • Availability to work in a 3-shift system.
