As the Team Lead for Strategic Account Executives within the Dutch market, you’ll guide a team responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of medium-sized partner accounts. Your main focus is to provide clear direction, support team development, and drive overall portfolio performance. You’ll create an environment where your team can excel while ensuring partners receive a seamless experience.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Strategic Account Executives to exceed portfolio growth targets
Monitor team performance and ensure smooth onboarding processes for new partners, including KYC requirements
Develop, refine, and implement strategies to improve internal workflows and team efficiency
Serve as the escalation point for complex partner challenges and contract discussions
Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and cross-functional teams to align promotional plans and portfolio strategy
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on team progress, forecasts, and key metrics

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of thinking
Fluency in Dutch and strong command of English
Proven experience in commercial roles, with a track record of coaching, supervising, or leading a team
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
