As a Corporate Finance Manager you will be the driving force on a broad range of projects, such as attracting external financing for Royal Schiphol Group, (international) M&A transactions and execute hedging strategies.How you achieve results in this? That’s up to you. We trust in the way you can distinguish between main and secondary issues and make connections. You put your talents to work at:
- leading financing projects to attract a broad range of external debt, including loans and issuing bonds.
- being the project lead on (international) M&A transactions and liaise with external corporate finance and due diligence teams.
- executing derivative transactions to mitigate financial risks.
- using quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop presentations / board papers to enable decision making by (senior) management.
- implementing and maintain assurance policies (such as impairment analysis, going concern analysis, stress testing of cash flow forecasts, alignment with Treasury policies).
Together with the corporate finance advisors you develop financial models to determine company valuation, cash flow projections and financing need. You build and maintain a relevant internal and external network including banks and rating agencies.

In addition, for this position you have:
- 5 to 10 years working experience in a relevant role. Preferably within a corporate finance and transaction services department, corporate lending department at a bank, at a private equity company, and treasury department.
- Experience in (corporate) finance, transactions services and treasury is a must.
- A University degree for example in: finance, business economics, business administration or equivalent education is required.
- A good understanding of the Dutch language and you speak and write the Englisch language Fluency.
- € 6350 to € 8684 gross per month (Buiten-CAO 4-D).
- Availability bonus.
- Participation in the ABP pension fund.
- An iPhone 14 or Samsung Galaxy S22. The choice is yours.
Royal Schiphol Group’s Finance department takes care of company finances, capital investments and the risks that go along with that. Together with 132 colleagues we make financial reports and give advice regarding legislation and regulations. We ensure proper financial administration and give management and the organisation insight into the process.
