Foreman Production
The team:
The role is part of the Production & Procurement (P&P) division whose mission is of being a reliable hub in the production and supply of standard custom solutions for the HCME sales channels.
The Production team consists of approx. According to the HCME standard quality and technical instructions with respect for the environment, safe, in time and in a cost-efficient manner. 
Lead, coach and motivate team members. Provide clear and effective feedback to team members aimed on improvement. 
Follow-up on Operational KPI’s related to Safety, Quality, Costs, Delivery and Environment;
Continuous monitoring and analysis of relevant performance, resulting in timely corrective and preventive measures.
MBO+ level of education.
Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language (spoken and written).
