Our client in E-mobility is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join their Digital and Customer Experience (CX) team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our client's digital platform and fostering stronger connections with their user base. Join us in our mission to drive cleaner mobility initiatives across Europe and contribute to meaningful change in the energy transition landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development and enhancement efforts for our client's digital platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Define and prioritise product features and enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business goals.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of product releases.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that user needs and preferences are at the forefront of decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise the digital experience and drive user engagement and retention.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the digital platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the digital or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with digital product management tools and platforms is a plus.
