ForFarmers is an international organisation that provides complete innovative feed solutions for conventional and organic livestock farming. As a Director M&A you are in the lead toward possible target companies and with your strategic insight on the market you know how and when to (re)act.

As a Director M&A, you drive their ambitious agenda, together with the board and business directors in the different countries. You have an excellent network and affinity with the international agribusiness. This is a strong preference because it will help you to screen and develop the pipeline of targetcompanies in the best possible way. On behalf of ForFarmers you are in the lead, together with the business, toward possible target companies and with your strategic insight on the market you know how and when to (re)act within the current dynamic market. You are responsible for the preparation of acquisition proposals and present these to the board, in cooperation with local senior management. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent negotiation skills to find the best and creative solutions in making the deals.

• With your analytic skills you prepare and validate the deal/valuation/business model of the target companies
• Knowledge and experience with financing and corporate finance is a must
• You have a successful track record with M&A and project management
• You are responsible for the due diligence process
• You are responsible for ensuring all integration projects are run according to the ForFarmers standard approach
• You drives the synergy realisation together with business unit management

• University level
• 8 - 10 years of relevant international experience in the agribusiness
• Experience with M&A projects
• Experience with integration projects
• Financial background
• Involvement in deal making is nice to have
• Leadership capabilities in project environment

• Experience with filing with competition authorities
