Als LabVIEW software designer bij de BU High Tech ontwikkel je geavanceerde besturingssystemen voor machine- en apparatenfabrikanten en voor grote systeemintegratoren. Met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat producten optimaal functioneren en connected zijn. Internet of Things, Cloud-oplossingen en Big Data zijn key hierbij. Je levert complete hightech producten op (hardware, OS en softwareapplicaties), deelt je kennis en adviseert.

Dit vind je leuk om te doen

  • Werken aan complete producten waarbij je niet alleen verantwoordelijk bent voor de softwareapplicaties maar ook de hardware en OS
  • Werken aan een grote diversiteit aan opdrachten en projecten in verschillende domeinen
  • Een belangrijke schakel zijn binnen elke stap van softwareontwikkeling, van specificaties tot en met design, implementatie en test
  • Samenwerken in een multidisciplinair team
  • Softwarematige oplossingen bedenken voor mechanische of fysische problemen
  • Op de hoogte blijven van de laatste ontwikkelingen over technische software
Hier herken je jezelf in

  • Je hebt minimaal een Bachelor-diploma in een technische richting
  • Je hebt een CLD certificaat of 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als LabVIEW software designer
  • Je hebt ervaring opgedaan in een multidisciplinaire omgeving en in een gereguleerde hightech omgeving (bijv. medisch, automotive, aerospace, hightech apparaten)
  • Je hebt ervaring met LabVIEW IDE en enkele LabVIEW add-ons zoals, Real-Time, Reconfigurable I/O (FPGA), Vision, DSC.
  • Je hebt verschillende interface protocollen gebruikt zoals, RS232 TCPIP i²C, CAN, etc.
  • Je hebt kennis van design patterns die gebruikt worden binnen LabVIEW.
  • Je kunt mogelijkheden goed op waarde schatten en implementeren
  • Je hebt ervaring in de innovatieve machine- en apparatenbouw en systeemintegratie
  • Je bent analytisch, gestructureerd en een teamspeler
  • Je hebt een proactieve communicatiestijl: feedback geven en vragen, communicatie met belanghebbenden, probleemoplossende dialogen, initiatief nemen, open en duidelijk teamcommunicatie
  • Je schrijft en spreekt goed Nederlands en Engels
  • Je woont in de regio Eindhoven en bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs
