Job description Who are we looking for?
You will serve as a Sales Support Specialist for the French and Spanish markets, working closely with the Sales Support team in the Netherlands. Your primary focus will be on supporting French- and Spanish-speaking clients, while also assisting English-speaking clients as needed.
Furthermore, as a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition process, from calculating projects to providing prospects with essential information. You will also coordinate incoming leads and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.Once the sale is complete, you will handle incoming orders and collaborate with project management colleagues to transfer project information and documentation into the ERP system. You will also ensure that the project file is complete and ready for the Project Delivery team to take over.
You're someone who can handle multiple projects at once, and you're not afraid to ask questions or say no when needed. You also have excellent communication skills, especially when it comes to business calls, and you have a friendly and approachable attitude towards both customers and colleagues. Requirements Here is what we're looking for: If you've got at least 5+ years of experience as a sales support employee then we want to hear from you Not 5, but less years of sales support experience? Try applying anyway We are looking for someone who speaks the following 3 languages: French (C2 or C1), English (B2+), Spanish (B1+) You're good at making calculations. You live near Eindhoven. We're looking for someone who's full of energy and enthusiasm and has a higher vocational education level.
