Met een focus op merkambassadeurs, sales promoters, online en offline tools helpen we A-merken zoals Samsung, Microsoft, PepsiCo, Mars, Oatly en innocent om hun doelstellingen te bereiken. Ons team bestaat uit enthousiaste collega’s die een passie voor sales en fieldmarketing met elkaar delen. We zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist om ons team te versterken.

Als Recruitment & Employer Officer ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons wervingsproces én naast recruitment ook verantwoordelijk voor het versterken van ons employer brand. Het volledige recruitment proces ligt bij jou in goede handen Je hebt een actieve rol in het vinden van nieuw talent en werkt daarbij nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en hiring managers. Daarnaast ben je bezig met het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van (internationale) employer branding initiatieven om ons als aantrekkelijke werkgever te positioneren. Een contract voor 40 uur per week, 32 uur is ook bespreekbaar;
- Een persoonlijk budget van €750 per volledig jaar en o.b.v. 40 uur voor sport, ontspanning en opleiding;
- Training via onze CPM Academy;
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen onze organisatie. Denk hierbij aan recruitment coordinator of verschillende commerciele functies zoals project en accountmanagement;
- Optioneel hybride werken, deels vanuit huis;
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en je kunt goed communiceren in het Engels.
- Je bent proactief, creatief en resultaatgericht.
- Je beschikt over een hbo werk- en denkniveau.
