OVER MASSARIUS

Massarius is een publisher trading desk en maakt programmatic trading mogelijk voor middelgrote publishers. Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor alle geautomatiseerde verkoop van hun advertentieruimte. In totaal zijn er ruim 70 publishers bij het Massarius netwerk aangesloten, dit komt neer op zo’n 100 websites met 700 miljoen advertenties per maand op desktop, mobile en video. Sinds 2012 zijn we enorm hard gegroeid, beloond met vijf FD Gazellen Awards, twee FinancialTimes1000 listings, #1 waarderingen bij Emerce en Adformatie. JOUW ROL ALS TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

n de rol van Technical Accountmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en optimaliseren van het volledige proces vanaf onze publishers tot en met de daadwerkelijke adverteerders. Jouw doel is het identificeren en doorschakelen van complicaties, het technisch ondersteunen van andere accountmanagers en het herzien en auditeren van technische implementaties (troubleshooting). Je werkt nauw samen met onze developers, account managers en business analisten om zo de geïdentificeerde problemen op te lossen.

Als Technical Account Manager heb je een proactieve rol en zul je onder andere verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

• Het maken van performance rapportages en analyses;

• Het optimaliseren van het proces van publisher tot en met de adverteerder;

• Het identificeren van problemen in technische scripts;

• Troubleshooting in onze technische systemen;

• Een optimale klantbeleving;

• Technische ondersteuning van de accountmanagers;

ONZE IDEALE TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER:

• Heeft technisch WO werk- en denk niveau, danwel technisch HBO niveau met 1 tot 2 jaar relevante werkervaring;

• Basisvaardigheden in Javascript en/of HTML

• Beschikt over een nieuwsgierige instelling en is een zelfstarter;

• Is commercieel en een creatieve denker die altijd zoekt naar een oplossing;

• Heeft een sterk analytisch vermogen en kan goed rekenen;

• Heeft affiniteit met techniek;

• Spreekt Nederlands en Engels, Spaans is mooi meegenomen.
