Wat je gaat doen As a Supply Chain Planner at IFF, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the flow of products that delight senses around the world. You'll tackle the stimulating challenge of maintaining optimal inventory levels amidst the complexities of international logistics. Align supply and demand by planning both short- and long-term inventory needs
Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review purchase forecasts, proposed orders, and other operational challenges
Monitor the movement of materials through purchasing, storage, production, and distribution
Resolve raw material shortages and collaborate with local material coordinators and supply chain managers to ensure a smooth planning process
Design and create new tools to improve supply chain planning functions
Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance
A temporary full-time position for approximately 4 months
Prior experience in supply chain planning or a similar role is required
Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
SAP or MRP knowledge and APICS certification (or willingness to obtain) are a plus A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus, but hands-on experience is valued more.
