We are looking for a Product Master Data Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Supply Chain department in Munich as soon as possible
Master Data Coordinator (m/f/d)
Supporting and monitoring the processes of data maintenance in SAP, data provision and data exchange between our brand teams, our sales department and our retail partners
Continuous improvement of catalog synchronization with our retail partners and our B2B applications to optimize service rates
Close cooperation with the external service personnel responsible for data maintenance
Close cooperation with the divisional manager and business stakeholders in the design and implementation of suitable end-to-end concepts/data models and the promotion of electronic master data exchange with our retail partners using EDI standards (EANCOM, GS1, GDSN)
Contact person and consultant for specialist departments on all master data issues
Completed training or studies with a commercial focus
Initial experience in master data management, ideally in the FMCG/retail sector
Initial experience in electronic data exchange
Very good knowledge of Excel (Pivot, Power Query, SAP-Analysis for Excel), previous knowledge of SAP and other IT skills (Power BI) an advantage
Team player with the ability to think and act across departments
Very good knowledge of German and English
