Avantor is seeking a proactive Team Lead (f/m/d) to head our Administrative & Logistics Services Team , reporting directly to the Manager of Equipment & Instrumentation Services (E&I). In this role, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, process optimization, and team development, helping us scale and succeed. This full-time role is based in Boxmeer, Netherlands . We offer a one-year contract that can be extended into a permanent one upon successful completion. You need to speak Dutch & English fluently to be considered for the position. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, regular business hours with five office days per week. Identify opportunities for smarter workflows and implement improvements that boost efficiency and service quality. Ensure seamless coordination between the logistics, service coordination, and other departments (service technicians, quality) to keep everything running smoothly. Monitor performance metrics, identify root causes for misalignment & take action to keep us on track for success. Contribute to departmental strategy and drive initiatives that support growth and scalability.
