- Schiphol ontwikkelt een betrouwbare en moderne HR dienstverlening waarbij we de Employee Experience centraal staat. We doen dit met systemen als de Schiphol Learning Hub. Netive, SAP SuccessFactors, en Spacewell
- Als Functional Application Manager kom je te werken op de afdeling GET-HR (Group & Employee Technology for HR) waar we samen met onze IT-partner(s) verantwoordelijk zijn voor de IT omgevingen van HR en CIO-Office

Connecting your world
Als Functional Application Manager zorg je voor een optimale werkomgeving door het oplossen van issues, verbeteren van processen, bieden van maximale ondersteuning en het optimaliseren van het gehele HR-domein. Hoe jij dit precies realiseert? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij de verbinding met andere mensen legt. Jouw talenten zet jij in bij het:
- Ondersteunen van gebruikers in de 2e lijn bij het oplossen en voorkomen van issues
- Adviseren van de organisatie over de optimalisatie en het structureel voorkomen van issues op jouw
- Borgen van alle relevante dataprocessen (invoer, controle en herstel), zodat de risico’s met betrekking tot output geminimaliseerd worden
- Analyseren, in kaart brengen, uitvoeren, routeren of structureren van ‘ad-hoc’ beheer werkzaamheden
- Opstellen en uitvoeren van testen (bv. regressie)

Verder heb je voor deze functie:
- Hbo werk- en denk niveau, met 3-6 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Ervaring als beheerder of hands-on consultant in het HR-domein
- Goede analytische vaardigheden om incidenten op te lossen en probleemoplossingen uit te werken
- Ervaring in het omgaan met en ondersteunen van gebruikers en je interne netwerk opbouwen en onderhouden

- De mogelijkheid om 4 x 9 uur te werken bij een 36-urige werkweek
