Who you are

You are passionate about understanding user behavior and uncovering insights that drive meaningful product improvements. You thrive on conducting multi-method research and analysing data to inform product development decisions. You love developing your research-driven product expertise. Your mission is to provide robust, rich, and actionable research that our teams need at every stage of the product development cycle. You have a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. You share our deep belief that our users' experience can only be effectively and sustainably improved by approaching UX holistically. You relish the freedom and opportunity to establish and take the lead on creating impactful user experience research. Above all, you are dedicated to enhancing the user experience and are driven to make a lasting impact in the creative project management industry.

What you will be doing

  • Plan, conduct, and analyze user research activities to understand customer behavior and preferences.

  • Integrate research findings into product development processes.

  • Develop and maintain user personas and customer journey maps to identify pain points and enhance touchpoints.

  • Gather and analyze data and customer feedback to understand sentiment and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and UX best practices.

  • Plan and execute usability testing sessions to evaluate product effectiveness and usability.

  • Effectively communicate research findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Contribute to and participate in product decisions from discovery to launch (and well after)

    You would be a great fit if you

    • Have 4+ years of experience as a CX Researcher, UX Researcher, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.

    • Have strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

    • Are excellent at communication and presentation skills.

    • Have the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and translate research insights into actionable recommendations.

    • Have proficiency in research tools and software

    • Have proven experience working with key company stakeholders, with the ability to educate teams about user research

    • Are able to act as a design sparring partner would be a plus

    • Live in the Netherlands or willing to relocate to Netherlands and like coming to the office at least a couple of days a week
