Role Overview:

As a Senior Managing Consultant for Procurement Transformation, you will lead and execute strategic procurement projects, driving value and innovation for our clients. You will leverage your extensive experience in procurement to deliver high-impact solutions, fostering long-term client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our consultancy practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead procurement transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic insights to drive procurement excellence.
  • Project Management: Oversee project teams, manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Innovation: Identify and implement innovative procurement strategies and technologies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business value.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Business Development: Support business development activities by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement transformation, with at least 5 years in a consultancy role.
  • Skills:
  • Deep expertise in procurement processes, strategies, and technologies.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale procurement transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at senior management levels.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch required.
