Je hebt je professionele toolkit al goed gevuld met o.a. advies-, business analyse- en goede communicatievaardigheden. Je houdt ervan om in teamverband praktisch en creatief op zoek te gaan naar oplossingen voor complexe problemen.. Bovendien beleef je er plezier aan om onze klanten en je collega’s verder te helpen. Je kunt (deel) projecten zelfstandig succesvol maken, waarbij je regelmatig kunt sparren met ervaren collega’s.

Je stuurt (kleinere) teams aan en begint echt een eigen profiel te ontwikkelen en weet bovendien waar je naar toe wilt groeien. Je kan dit ook aantonen met relevante cases uit de praktijk in de sectoren waarin wij actief zijn zoals Public en Industry/commerce (utilities) .

In deze uitdagende functie:

  • Bouw je actief aan nieuwe relaties en onderhoudt regelmatig contact met bestaande relaties. Je maakt gebruik van bestaande contacten om dingen gedaan te krijgen en sluit je aan bij netwerken.
  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van klantrelaties. Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij het verder uitbreiden van het succes van de proposities, de Business Unit en Ordina als geheel. Klantgerichtheid en ondernemerschap zijn hier cruciaal. Je werkt samen met de klant, je eigen multifunctionele team en met de Sales & Delivery-organisatie.

Met onze consultants binnen Digital Advisory & Transformation leggen we de verbinding tussen de digitale transformatie van onze klanten en de proposities en oplossingen van Ordina. We zorgen ervoor dat onze klanten niet alleen vooroplopen in de verandering, maar vooral dat ze dit blijven doen. Onze consultants helpen bij het vormgeven van de digitale transformatie van onze klanten en brengen deze indien nodig tot stand.

Binnen het Strategy & Business Design-team werken we hard om een adviespraktijk te creëren die waarde toevoegt aan zowel de zakelijke als de IT-kant. Het team bestaat uit consultants met een passie voor het vak, elk met zijn/haar eigen expertisegebied. Naast individuele klantopdrachten werken we veel samen aan de ontwikkeling van adviesdiensten en het oplossen van uitdagende vraagstukken bij aansprekende klanten. Een dynamisch team waar het delen van kennis en inzichten een belangrijk aspect is.

Met de proposities van Ordina tot je beschikking weet je hoe je opdrachten kunt genereren, (potentiële) klanten kunt adviseren over complexe strategische vraagstukken en een impact kunt maken.

  • Een afgeronde hbo of wo opleiding in een technische of bedrijfskundige richting;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Consultant met een bewezen staat van dienst in tactisch en strategisch organisatieadvies.
  • Expertise binnen een of meer van de volgende gebieden: Public en Industry/commerce (utilities) .
  • Inhoudelijke kennis en ervaring binnen een van de volgende focusgebieden:
  • IT-strategie, cloudtransformatie, IT-modernisering, technologieplatforms, API/Composable Architectures.
  • Data-strategie, data-gedreven organisaties, dataproducten, dataplatforms, data management & governance.
  • Operational excellence, lean management, intelligent automation, business process management, Obeya, portfoliomanagement,.
  • Agile-transformatie en opschaling, DevOps-transformatie, workforce-transformatie, , verandermanagement of productmanagement.
