As Superintendent, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of offshore installation projects worldwide. You’ll ensure that every operation meets the highest safety and quality standards while aligning with project-specific requirements. YOUR IMPACT In this role, your expertise directly contributes to the successful realisation of offshore wind farms — from cable and foundation installation to heavy lifting operations. You’ll prepare and manage documentation such as method statements, work procedures and reports, ensuring flawless execution. You will Contribute to the preparational phase to ensure safe, timely and high-quality execution Create and follow up on project documentation, including method statements and management of change Coordinate and advise in case of technical challenges Lead, motivate and coordinate internal and external teams to achieve operational success Liaise with (Offshore) Construction Managers and Site Management for smooth project execution YOUR WORKPLACE You’ll work in dynamic offshore environments, alternating between vessels, project sites and preparation work at our offices. About You You are a natural leader with a hands-on mindset and the ability to connect people around a shared goal. You thrive in a fast-paced offshore environment where safety, teamwork and precision come first. With your technical insight and calm under pressure, you inspire confidence in those around you. You bring A technical, mechanical, maritime or civil background with at least 3 years of operational experience in offshore installation projects Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate your team A solid understanding of HSE standards within the renewable energy industry Flexibility to work alternately on board, on-site and in office environments under various rotation schedules A good command of the English language, spoken and written WE OFFER We offer you a role where you will make a significant contribution to our mission of 'building a better world for future generations'.
