Interim CFO

A European Midmarket Private Equity fund is seeking a new CFO for one of their new investments based in Netherlands. This business operates in the Software and SAAS space and would require someone who worked and operated within a recurring revenue model business before.

This business currently has a strong revenue of £80ml and an EBITDA of £10ml and is looking for a strategic CFO to help them with their growth and professionalisation post investment.

Role:

• The CFO must partner with the CEO and Private equity house in supporting the strategic vision and adding value from their experiences;
• Support the wider business functions, understanding capabilities, ROI across the different functions and how best to utilise capabilities;
• Help professionalise the finance functions and look at the reporting, analysis and clean up the data;
• Help drive the growth strategy across Europe;

Experience:

• Prior PE experience is essential;
• Experience in Software, SAAS, Data type organisation;
• Dutch speaking is a must;
