Ter uitbreiding van ons team zijn wij voor ons kantoor in Amsterdam, Eindhoven en Venlo op zoek naar senior, gedreven M&A Analysts. De functie is gericht op het schrijven van waarderingsrapporten, ondernemingsplannen, het doen van het hiervoor nodige onderzoek en het onderhouden van de nodige contacten met klanten, juristen, fiscalisten, en andere specialisten.

Als Aeternus M&A Analyst voer je de Corporate Finance Praktijk uit in de ruimste zin van het woord. Je werk mee aan diverse bedrijfsovername trajecten samen met een team van managers en/of directors.

Kennis en ervaring
  • Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in bedrijfseconomische richting;
  • Cursussen op het gebied van waardering, bij voorkeur de postdoctorale opleiding ‘Business Valuation’ zijn een pré;
  • Je beschikt over ruime ervaring in Corporate Finance, M&A praktijk of investment banking;
  • Je kent de aspecten die een rol spelen bij de financiering van overnames en de hiermee samenhangende fiscale en juridische zaken.
