As the Account Receivable Specialist you are a result-driven individual, motivated to work on a range of collections and accounts receivable duties within the B2B market. You will interact with internal teams, external clients, customers, and merchants, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and ownership when handling customer receivable inquiries. You will also provide direct support to customers as well as support the entire Client AR team for their daily responsibilities.The main responsibilities in this role involved managing key accounts, you will manage relationships and provide support to internal and external customers. Resolve complex issues promptly, conducting necessary research and analysis.
~ Assist with training and mentoring.
~ Act as a point of contact, providing direction to the team and ensuring adequate coverage.
~ Demonstrate professionalism and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
~ Conduct system testing and QA, escalating and resolving defects.
~ Assist Leadership team with Receivable tasks for new program implementations. Have minimum 2 years of related accounts receivable experience
~ Highly competent with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
~ Willingness to share information, advice, and suggestions to help others to be more successful.
