De Site Manager is verantwoordelijk voor het effectief en efficiënt beheren van alle operationele aspecten van de site. Deze rol omvat het toezicht houden op de dagelijkse activiteiten, het waarborgen van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen, het beheren van personeel en middelen, en het waarborgen van naleving van wettelijke voorschriften.

Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Operationeel beheer:
  • Plannen, organiseren en coördineren van alle operationele activiteiten binnen de site zowel op korte als lange termijn.
  • Toezicht houden op de productieprocessen om ervoor te zorgen dat productiedoelstellingen worden gehaald met aandacht voor kwaliteit, efficiëntie en kostenbeheersing.
  • Optimaliseren van operationele processen om de productiviteit te verhogen en verspilling te minimaliseren door het opstellen van een productieplan.
  • Het beheren van de diverse projecten op basis van het jaarbudget en organisatie op de site.
  • Kwaliteits- en veiligheidsbeheer:
  • Waarborgen van strikte naleving van kwaliteitsnormen en specificaties voor de gemaakte producten.
  • Implementeren en handhaven van veiligheidsmaatregelen en -procedures om een veilige werkomgeving te garanderen.
  • Uitvoeren van regelmatige inspecties en audits om de naleving van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen te waarborgen.
  • Personeelsbeheer:
  • Werven, trainen en ontwikkelen van personeel voor de site.
  • Het opstellen van werkroosters en toewijzen van taken aan medewerkers.
  • In nauw contact staan met de Human Resources afdeling voor een vlotte salarisverwerking.
  • Het bieden van leiderschap en motivatie aan het team om een hoog niveau van prestaties en betrokkenheid te handhaven.
  • Materiaal- en voorraadbeheer:
  • Beheren van voorraadniveaus van grondstoffen en materialen die nodig zijn voor de productie.
  • Coördineren van onderhoudsactiviteiten en reparaties om de operationele continuïteit te waarborgen.
  • Samenwerken met leveranciers om tijdige levering van materialen te garanderen en kosten te beheren.
  • Naleving van wet- en regelgeving:
  • Zorgen voor naleving van alle relevante wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot gezondheid, veiligheid, milieu en arbeid.
  • Het bijhouden van wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving en het implementeren van benodigde aanpassingen binnen de site.
  • Opleiding gehad hebben in Engineering, Operations Management, of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Diepgaande kennis van productieprocessen, materialen en kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Uitstekende leiderschaps- en communicatievaardigheden.
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om effectief te werken onder druk en strakke deadlines te halen.
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot veiligheid, milieu en arbeid.
