Your mission

You are responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. You provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning,accountingand budgeting efforts of the company.In particular, itensures the accuracy of financial loops, the monitoring of the company's cash flow, thetimelyprovision of the required financial information, precise and effective control, and the rigorous management of personnel administration and financial IT systems. The position holder is a member of the company's management team and attends Board meetings.

Your profile

Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the entire financial and controlling area within Legal Entity Benelux and Finland
  • Represents the company to the Auditor and Tax authorities
  • Accuracy of financial information
  • Informing the management about the company’s situation
  • Compliance with legal accounting standards
  • Coordination with the Group
Main tasks
  • Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning, and conservation of assets.
  • Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
  • Coordinate the preparation of(monthly)financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
  • Implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
  • Establish andmaintainappropriate internalcontrol safeguards.
  • Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiativesthrough financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations.
  • Ensure records systems aremaintainedin accordance withgenerally acceptedauditing standards.
  • Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems.
  • Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.
  • Assess commercial and contractualrisks

Required Experience and Education
  • MSc or BA in Finance & Business Administration or Economics or similar degree
  • About 10 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, Planning and Analysis in an international/corporateenvironment
  • Experience in designing and enhancing ERPtools,experiencewith reporting and Business Intelligence tools, andadvancedexperience withExcel and other Microsoft Officetools
  • Work experience in the IT and/or Software industry - experience in projects and services in a (B2B) sales organization and / or in healthcare informationtechnology
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) isa must, further languages arewelcome
