Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Als Lead Developer binnen ons team zul je een cruciale rol spelen bij het implementeren van de "One Way of Work" voor ons ontwikkelingsproces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de technische kwaliteit van ons applicatielandschap, dat bestaat uit zowel Custom Development als COTS applicaties.

Je focus ligt op het verbeteren van de voorspelbaarheid, kwaliteit en snelheid in de voortbrengingsketen. Dit omvat het identificeren en implementeren van best practices, standaarden en procedures om de efficiëntie en consistentie in ons ontwikkelingsproces te vergroten.

Als Development Lead wordt jij enthousiast van de volgende taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Fungeert als het technisch geweten van de afdeling, waarbij je de drijvende kracht bent achter de creatie en implementatie van beleid en kaders voor technische normen en procedures.
  • Samenwerkt met de Test Lead om een robuuste "Way of Working" (WoW) voor het Development (CI/CD) proces te formuleren, te waarborgen en uit te voeren.
  • Adviseert over benodigde tooling en actief bijdraagt aan het adoptieproces van de geselecteerde tools.
  • Meetbare doelen opstelt voor de kwaliteit van het applicatielandschap, deze bewaakt en bijstuurt indien nodig. Knelpunten en risico's in het applicatielandschap identificeert, proactief acties uitzet om deze te mitigeren en de opvolging van deze acties waarborgt.
  • Een coachende rol opneemt, waarbij je developers begeleidt bij het oplossen van technische uitdagingen.
  • Verantwoordelijk bent voor de technische onboarding van nieuwe teamleden met betrekking tot de WoW en kaders.
  • Actief bijdraagt aan technische Communities of Practice, zoals de BE CoP. Anticipeert op toekomstige IT-ontwikkelingen en advies verleent over technisch life cycle management.
  • In staat bent om, indien nodig, samen te werken bij het vertalen van business requirements naar duurzame technische oplossingen die in lijn zijn met de lange termijn IT-visie.

In de rol van Lead Developer binnen ons team vervul je een cruciale functie bij de implementatie van de 'One Way of Work'. Je zult actief samenwerken en communiceren met diverse teams en jouw invloed en betrokkenheid zullen zich uitstrekken over de gehele Delivery afdeling, zonder beperking tot een specifiek team.

  • Een passend salaris dat we afstemmen op jouw ervaring.
  • Een 13e maand, 8% vakantiegeld en een winstuitkering – wanneer je vóór 1 juli in het boekjaar bij ons in dienst bent gekomen en we samen een goed jaar hebben gehad.
  • Een jaarcontract en de intentie om deze om te zetten naar een vast dienstverband.
  • Prettig thuiswerken: een internetvergoeding van €35,- netto per maand, een thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,15 netto per thuiswerkdag en de mogelijkheid om voor maximaal €450,- (excl. BTW) aan thuiswerkfaciliteiten te bestellen in onze Bovemij thuiswerkshop.
  • Ontspanning na inspanning: vijf weken vakantie (200 uur op basis van een fulltime dienstverband) en de mogelijkheid om jaarlijks uren bij te kopen (104 uur op basis van een fulltime dienstverband).
