We are seeking a reliable and organized Facility & EHS Support Officer to support the daily operational, facility, and safety needs of our office. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth operations and support key activities in both facility management and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS).

The Facility & EHS Support Officer ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating facility services, supporting employees and visitors, and contributing to the company’s wider EHS responsibilities. Working with various stakeholders, you will help maintain an organized, compliant, and productive work environment.

Coordinate daily facility services such as catering, cleaning, and general workplace support.
Report building issues, manage keys, and direct maintenance and technical contractors.
Support construction and renovation activities, including vendor communication and floorplan updates.
Handle ordering of office supplies, facility goods, coffee, and furniture while maintaining supplier relationships.
Perform financial support tasks including pre-approvals, invoice checks, and monthly cost reporting.
Support EHS operations such as emergency response equipment checks, drills, and system administration.
Maintain EHS communication channels, dashboards, and training materials.
Proven experience in facility management, office management, or a comparable operational support function.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
Experience in coordinating vendors, contractors, or external service providers.
Basic understanding of financial processes such as invoice approval and cost monitoring.
Experience with event planning or corporate event support.
Knowledge of the Dutch language. Trainings and digital learning
