Met jouw ervaring in logistiek of administratieve processen bewaak je het overzicht, ook onder druk. Als Baliemedewerker Logistiek ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs die goederen komen laden of lossen. Je ontvangt hen vriendelijk, controleert transportdocumenten, verstrekt heldere instructies en verwerkt de bijbehorende administratie zorgvuldig. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s van de loods, operatie en douane om het logistieke proces soepel te laten verlopen.
Dankzij jouw gestructureerde werkwijze en communicatieve vaardigheden fungeer je als een belangrijke schakel tussen de interne afdelingen en externe partners. Over het bedrijf
Dit bedrijf is actief in de logistiek en bestaat al sinds de jaren 80. Ze regelen transport over de weg, via zee en door de lucht. Ook helpen ze met het invullen van douanepapieren en het veilig opslaan van producten in goed beveiligde magazijnen. Daarnaast bieden ze extra diensten aan, zoals het verpakken, labelen en controleren van goederen. Het bedrijf werkt vooral voor klanten met snelverkochte producten en goederen met speciale regels, zoals accijnzen.
Mbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van logistiek of administratie;
Ervaring in een logistieke of administratieve functie is een pre
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd in het verwerken van administratieve gegevens;
