Tax Compliance & Control Execution Coordinate tax return preparation and submission (CIT, VAT, GST, WHT) with internal teams and external advisors. Maintain the internal tax compliance calendar, ensuring timely filings and payments. Support the transfer pricing documentation process, including data collection, local file updates, and intercompany transaction tracking. Assist in implementing and testing tax-related internal controls, including for order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles. Ensure consistent documentation standards and control procedures are followed for all tax-related processes. Work with the Global Tax Manager to assess and mitigate tax risks across jurisdictions. Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to understand business flows and ensure tax implications are appropriately addressed. Monitor changes in local tax laws and help assess their operational impact. Support internal and external audit and review processes, including gathering documentation and explaining tax positions. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve tax workflows and reporting routines. Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tax policies and procedures. Help implement and maintain tax compliance tracking tools and documentation frameworks. Team Leadership & Development Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tax, Accounting, Law, or a related field ~2-5 years of experience in tax compliance, either in-house or at a consultancy (e.g. Strong working knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and transfer pricing concepts ~ Excellent Excel and documentation skills ~ Familiarity with GRC tools, tax engines (e.g. Work with a Talented Team: From the Board and the Founders to the Senior Management Team, you will collaborate daily with the most capable and renowned external advisors, and constantly being exposed to talented and driven individuals Join a team where your ideas are heard, and open dialogue is encouraged, fostering a supportive and transparent work environment Get Things Done Attitude: Be part of a results-driven team that values efficiency, creativity, and the drive to make a tangible impact in the industry
