Experienced Dough Operator – Bakery (3-shift rotation) | Alphen aan den Rijn
As a dough operator in this modern bakery in Alphen aan den Rijn, you're at the heart of production: making the perfect dough. You’ll work via Staffice at a well-organized employer with advanced equipment, in a dynamic 3-shift schedule that runs 7 days a week. Performing in-process quality checks
Recording production data and reporting deviations
Collaborating with your team in a rotating shift schedule
At least 2 years of experience with industrial dough production
MBO-level education or equivalent, preferably in food, technical or production fields
Willingness to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, evening, night), including weekends
Proficient in Dutch or English
Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn, or able to commute easily
Additional shift allowances on top of your base salary
