Jouw job in één alinea

Als (Senior) Director of VP neem je de lead in zowel de commerciële als de delivery van ERP gedreven business transformaties van onze klanten. Jouw ruime werkervaring op dit gebied zet je in voor de invulling van de technische aspecten van projecten en de begeleiding daarvan. Dit doe je samen met zowel je team binnen Invent als onze ERP experts.

In het kort:

  • Het vormgeven en leiden van S4-bedrijfstransformatieprogramma's bij onze belangrijkste klanten
  • Nauwe samenwerking op C-suite niveau om de strategie van onze klant te helpen verwezenlijken
  • Je neemt zowel het commerciële als het leveringsproces voor je rekening
  • Je bent bekend met elke fase van de oplevering: van ontwerp tot implementatie

Je thuisbasis bij Capgemini Invent

Afhankelijk van je achtergrond, kom je terecht in het Corporate Experience team (Finance processen, Data, en Value management), of in het Intelligent Industry team (Supply Chain, Logistiek, Manufacturing processen). Het zijn relatief jonge teams met mensen die affiniteit hebben met technologie, en die werken vanuit het business transformatie perspectief. We focusen ons dus op de grotere transformaties, en werken samen met onze collega's die gespecialiseerd zijn in de verschillende SAP oplossingen en modules.

Voldoe jij aan de volgende criteria? Dan ontmoeten we je graag

  • Je hebt 10+ jaar relevante werkervaring waarvan een deel binnen consultancy;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een afgeronde Master opleiding;
  • Je bent een ervaren people manager, zowel op projecten als in lijnorganisatie setting;
  • Je hebt ERP-werkzaamheden op grote schaal geleid bij voorkeur met S4. Heb je meer ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics of Oracle, ook dan zien wij dat ook als relevante werkervaring;
  • Je spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels op minimaal B2 niveau en bent woonachtig in Nederland.
