As Store Manager, you’ll take the lead at our Flagship store in Amsterdam, coordinating and motivating a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Based at our Flagship store in Amsterdam and reporting to the District Manager , you’ll: Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service. Guide and support our staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales. Give clear directions to ensure our store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising. Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high-quality team. Achieve brand standards in reporting, action planning, and business performance endeavours. More About You. Around 4-6 years of retail experience. Approximately 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counselling and developing people. Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience). Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
