De Change Office bij Stedin is de veranderpartner. Gekwalificeerde professionals werken daar aan strategische veranderingen. Die nieuwe strategie moet op elke afdeling doogevoerd en geborgd worden. Daarvoor gebruiken zij onder andere Lean Six Sigma, Agile conform SAFe model en Prosci. Als communicatiemedewerker Change office, ga jij hieraan bijdragen wat bieden wij jou

Jij kunt goed communiceren. Jij weet hoe je moet doorvragen, om tot de kern te komen. Jij kunt gesprekken samenvatten en de belangrijkste informatie eruit halen. En als communicatie medewerker kun jij dit zo aantrekkelijk mogelijk schrijven. Kort, krachtig en creatief

  • Analytisch vermogen: De hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar kunnen onderscheiden gedurende een gesprekken en interviews
  • De vaardigheid om per afdeling te kunnen communiceren in taal&geschrift
  • De opgestelde berichten kunnen posten vanuit intranet
wat ga je doen

Jouw doel gaat het informeren van de organisatie zijn. Waarbij je samenwerkt met opdrachtgevers en projectteams, binnen het vakgebied. En het voornaamste platform waarop jij werkt zal het intranet zijn.

  • Interviews afnemen, events bijwonen binnen het eigen team t.b.v. nieuwsberichten die het LCC wil publiceren
  • Opstellen nieuwsberichten n.a.v. de interviews inclusief fotomateriaal
  • Vormgeven van de LCC site en posten van de nieuwsberichten. Inclusief bijvoorbeeld het aanvullen van de eventkalender op de site
  • Eventuele soortgelijke communicatieve administratieve ondersteuning
waar ga je werken

Deels thuiswerken is mogelijk, flexibiliteit in werkdag en ook kortere dagen dan 8 uur per dag. (behalve de dinsdag wegens kantoordag van de afdeling).
